Just completely redesigned by architect Marie Lacube, the apartment has retained its original attributes twisted by contemporary codes. The entrance is adorned with an alcove library and opens onto the immense open-plan double living room, decorated with its marble fireplace and its original stained glass windows. The kitchen space is an extension and remains to be imagined. Facing South and East, the living space is bathed in light and its unobstructed views give the impression of overlooking the surroundings.
A space that can be designed as an office or bedroom communicates directly with the living room. Thanks to its beautiful surface area, the first bedroom could easily be divided into two intimate children's bedrooms under the slope. It benefits from a pretty bathroom with retro influences. The second bedroom is treated as a master suite and is adorned with an elegant bathroom dressed in polished concrete with bathtub and shower. Its light tones bring softness to the place.
