The unique facade of this house is intriguing, like a portico, the gable is lined with a triangular pediment supported by four round columns and highlighted by a two-row genoise. The whole gives a more imposing appearance to the house while creating a porch protecting from the sun and sea spray. Vestiges from before the rehabilitation, the tie rod keys have deliberately remained visible, witnesses to the recent history of the building. The total redistribution of the rooms consisted of making the most of the dominant view over the bay of Royan and its beach accessible 350 m away.
