RUBIK’S CUBE

Entirely built by an architect in 2019, the house is designed on two distinct and separate levels. A beautiful tree protects the staircase which leads on R+1 to a loft of 102 m² and its terraces. The exterior adjustable sunshades allow you to play with the natural light offered by the numerous windows with unobstructed views of the 60 m² living room. The kitchen and its discreetly hidden pantry occupy the south side while the living room is on the terrace side. There, different zones emerge: from the sunniest for swimming in the swimming pool, to the most covered for napping or dining while benefiting from light softened by the surrounding greenery. To enclose the exterior spaces, a concrete and metal staircase leads to the roof of the house arranged as a terrace over its entire surface. Inside, traffic is fluid; a wall with its gas fireplace separates the master suite from the rest of the loft. The large bay window of the bedroom opens onto the terrace and the bathroom also has a laundry area. A room converted into a dressing room / office could easily be thought of as a second bedroom. The garden level, decorated with a bucolic terrace, is divided into four independent studios, each composed of a living room with kitchen, a double bed and a private bathroom. Another entrance, at street level, leads to a multipurpose room of 90 m² accessible via a large bay window. A 22 m² garage completes the package.
