This former oyster farm building was sublimated in 2022 by architect Mathieu Villemonteil, founder of the AAVA architectural studio.
Inside, the living room is a succession of spaces offering both conviviality and intimacy, interrupted only by the through fireplace and elegant removable glass roof. Parquet floors and white walls provide the perfect backdrop for striking features such as the spectacular metal ribbon staircase, custom-made bookcase and designer furniture.
