Architecture from the 60s, this pretty house of 159 m2 hidden in the shade of a crossing and its secret gardens, is revealed on a wooded plot of 8,543 m2 which extends into a pretty pine forest in a dominant position, facing the village of Allauch.

Redesigned in 2003 by architect Jean-Philippe Roquemaure-Muraire, the house was extended while respecting its initial layout while retaining all the charm of the building. The result is a generous and warm family living space which mixes terracotta tiles, period glass roof and arched opening with a more contemporary reinterpretation provided by the large windows of the living room and the graphic glass roof of the entrance. The door frames, at the center of this bohemian style, weave the link between the interior and exterior spaces and punctuate the facades of the house creating a communion with the green garden planted with a multitude of Mediterranean species. The house is discovered through an entrance decorated with Virginia creeper, all in perspective and bathed in light. The U-shaped corridor leads to the sleeping area made up of four bedrooms. To the West, a first en-suite bedroom with its workshop-style bathroom and a bedroom with a mezzanine benefit from soft light. To the east, two bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding nature. A bathroom completes this space. On one level, the space then continues with the generous living room entirely turned towards nature. On one side, a kitchen in gray tones opens onto a first terrace decorated with opus incertum. On the other, the living space is organized around a large fireplace which structures the volumes. A graphic staircase leads to a mezzanine that can accommodate an extra bedroom, an office or a second living room. To the east, a second terrace overlooks the green garden and offers a lovely panorama of the village of Allauch. It extends into a garden planted with olive trees, lavender, cedars and lilacs. Below, a beautiful swimming pool is shaded by pine, oak and almond trees. A pine forest and a bowling green complete this beautiful panorama. Possibility of parking for four vehicles.
