MACCHIATO

Completely renovated by an architect in 2022, this studio impresses with its volumes, its ceiling height, its omnipresent light and its view of the Parisian rooftops. Through its renovation, its volumes are perfectly exploited: the kitchen with wooden doors takes place linearly and leads to the double-height living room. There, the old beams highlight the volumes and the mezzanine, perfect for accommodating a sleeping area. The overhead light falls on the metal and wood staircase, with its iconic 70s design, while the sun's rays dance on the old parquet floor. The niches and rounded shapes mark its character. Behind a rounded corner and separated by a wooden screen, the bathroom is adorned with small tiles.
