Originally designed as a house, the decision was made to create two lots, including this apartment which naturally lends itself to a city life, marked by tranquility facing the ocean. Crossing, it benefits from beautiful constant natural light. Just renovated by an interior designer, the apartment is distinguished by its neat finishes. The different textures and the choice of timeless colors, combined with the light oak parquet in Hungarian point, give the place a discreet elegance and a warm atmosphere. On the ground floor, the entrance, where you are greeted by the private elevator, is lit by glass paving stones, the only nod to the age of the building. On the second floor, a semi-open Art Nouveau-inspired glass roof separates the dining room from the kitchen; the latter is equipped with a stone worktop and walnut-stained wooden furniture, extended by a functional back kitchen.
