Completely renovated, the house combines contemporary and traditional with its asymmetrical gable roof and its double Genoese roof. From its facade emerges the stone base, accompanied on the back by a light ochre rendering playing with the changing lights according to the seasons. The touches of red color of the railings and the rounded entrance doors reminiscent of Navarrese doors are a nod to its origins. Its rectangular plan contributes to a conventional distribution. The large openings let in light, infusing each floor distributed by the original wooden staircase and its railing, the work of ironworkers. The ground floor is dedicated to the family living space with the 33 m² living/dining room and the kitchen. The other two floors are occupied by three bedrooms, each with custom-made dressing rooms. The garden level has additional storage and a fourth bedroom or office space, a bathroom and the tiled garage. Its pleasant shaded travertine terrace is sheltered from view. In addition to its various spaces, a non-adjoining 35 m² annex room can be converted into a games room, gym or cinema as desired. A second independent annex, on one level, of 50 m², can be used as an office for a liberal profession or simply become a guest house.
