Modernized in 2007 by the work of an architect, the volume of the garden level was completely redesigned to open up the spaces and create plays of light through an East-West exposure. Twisted by a black ceramic splashback, its touches of blue, yellow and red and its metal and glass band, it extends into a deep blue open office space.
