Completely redesigned in 2021 by the interior designer Paquita BARLETTA, the apartment was sublimated by a reinterpretation of its volumes and a renovation that was both retro and refined, which knew how to enhance the original materials such as tiles, doors and stained glass windows. The floors are covered with tiles with angular geometric shapes and orange, beige, terracotta and green tones. Its different poses according to the spaces energize the volumes and mark their singularity. Past the entrance, the living room and the large bedroom are bathed in the light of the West whose mixture of second-hand furniture and bright colors bring a special atmosphere. In harmony, the white Mosa earthenware tiles in the kitchen match those in the bathroom. The living spaces extend into two balconies with ornate Art Deco-style railings. A cellar completes this property.
