Completely renovated in 2020 by interior designer Jérôme Elkaim from the Rutta Interiors firm, the loft offers from the entrance beautiful open-plan volumes in which a box shelters a projection room/office behind a set of mirrors. It gently separates the immaculate white kitchen with its marbled ceramic worktop and its custom-made library from the masterful living room bathed in light thanks to its line of windows. The materials are noble and raw: painted concrete ceiling, homogeneous light gray polished concrete floor, steel passageway with gravel floor giving a Japanese spirit, custom-made wooden bookcases and storage... Behind a glass roof hides the master suite with powder pink tones with its dressing room and adjoining bathroom with double steel sink recalling the industrial style of the place.
