Designed on one level, the house is highlighted thanks to a subtle mix of wood, brick and black aluminum joinery. Inside, the sober tones are warmed up by touches of wood for all the cupboard joinery. The entrance leads to the large living room widely open to the outside through a line of three-leaf bay windows. The kitchen with its central island is followed by the dining room. The space is protected from the outside by an awning.
On the night side, four bedrooms in soft colors enjoying views of the garden share two shower rooms and a bathroom.
Outside, the vast Ipe terrace frames the heated swimming pool, extended by the landscaped garden.
A laundry room, an underground cellar and a garage complete this set.
