Landscape Designer

François began his training in architecture at Paris-Val-de-Seine from which he graduated in 2002. After having collaborated with the Signes agency in parallel with his studies, he became fascinated by landscape design. He then joined the École Supérieure d’Architecture des Jardins et des Paysages, of which Gilles Clément, a world-renowned landscape architect, is the honorary president. After 2 years in Washington,
he moved to New York where he worked on his own for rooftop and garden projects in the Hamptons. He then directed the Landscape design branch for the agency
ODA-Architecture in New York.

After several years in the United States and wanting to reconnect with his home country, he founded the Tamaris agency for his personal projects in France and the United States.

In all of his creations and at all scales, François considers that a landscape project must be a successful link between man and his environment. Adept of the contrast between the regular and the natural, he brings a particular care to the choice of his evolving plant palettes as well as to the durability of the materials used.

After having met Amandine and Sébastien, François was confirmed in his choice to settle in the heart of the Phocaean city. Immediately seduced by ARCHIK’s transversal and precise concept, he decided to join the adventure and bring his expertise to the agency’s pool of experts.

After a childhood spent between Brittany, South-East France and… Tahiti, Marine will settle in Paris before moving to Marseille in September 2021. After studying law and specializing in real estate law, Marine naturally put her knowledge to good use by choosing to work as a real estate agent in Paris for ten years.

Her many moves punctuate her life, and with a passion for travel, she’s always on the lookout for a change of scenery, new encounters and cultural discoveries. Particularly through Asia and Indonesia, where she lived for several months.

Marine’s love of the home began at an early age, when she was raised by her parents. Marine is sensitive to the charm, harmonious volumes and light of a living space. “I love the idea of projecting yourself into a place, rethinking it, decorating it and adding your own stamp to it.”

Marine discovered ARCHIK when she arrived in Marseille, through her sister Alexia, who is part of the team as a negotiator. After other experiences and a renovation project, it wasn’t long before she felt the need to return to her original profession. And so it is that Marine joins the ARCHIK team, ready to support her customers in the south of the city !

Originally from Antwerp in Belgium, Manon spent her youth in the sunny South of France, between the Côte d’Azur and Montpellier, where she graduated with a master’s degree in Communication. A professional opportunity made her go back to her native Belgium, but she missed the South too much and came back to settle in Marseille, her favourite city.

A globetrotter since her youth, Manon has travelled to many countries to discover other cultures and traditions. Sensitive to environmental issues, she even spent several months in Costa Rica to contribute to the rehabilitation of the local fauna.

What does she love? Art in all its forms. Architecture, music, fashion, photography, gastronomy… The art of life!

And particularly the balance and singularity of the murals by SupaKitch & Koralie, a couple of French urban artists who have, among other things, created the Halles du Lez in Montpellier.

Passionate about decoration, renovation and human stories, Manon joins the ARCHIK team, wishing to bring to her clients her enthusiasm and dedication to the realisation of the projects that are close to their hearts.

Alexia is a true globetrotter who grew up between the Var, Brittany and Tahiti. Lulled by travels and moves, she cultivates her curiosity and her taste for beautiful things, especially fashion and architecture.

After studying at a business school in Toulon and then in Paris, Alexia started working in fashion with brands such as Zadig&Voltaire, Claudie Pierlot and Heyraud. A national and then international experience of more than 10 years where she applies her high standards, her sense of aesthetics and her ability to listen to the brands’ headquarters and then to the boutiques. In France, Spain and even in Singapore, where she settled to develop the commercial strategy of the Château de sable brand.

Human and sunny, Alexia is passionate about beauty through art, fashion, architecture and… painting. A fervent fan of Soulages and Basquiat, appreciating old stones as much as raw concrete, as much a city dweller as a hiker, Alexia is in love with contrasts.

A beautiful page will be turned in 2021 to open a new story with ARCHIK, in the conquest of precious and hidden properties in Marseille’s 8th arrondissement and elsewhere, from Cassis to Hyères and the Var coast. There is no doubt that this fighter will take up all the challenges at your side by accompanying you in the discovery of your future property!
