Information on data protection

The DPMR, General Regulation on Data Protection, is a European regulation aimed at strengthening the protection of personal data. The regulation is applicable from 25 May 2018 throughout Europe. This regulation is part of a Community desire to adapt the protection of citizens in the digital and mass data age.

What is personal data ?

Personal data is data that enables a physical person to be identified directly (surname, first name) or indirectly (personnel number, telephone number, reverse directory, etc.).

Archik collect personal data:

Email addresses sent  by Archik for communications purposes  or for property search alerts.
When organising events, Archik collects the data requested in the customer or user registration  form (surnames, first names, addresses, e-mails, telephones).

Consulting Archik’s website and information does not require any form of registration, which allows the user to visit the site without having to identify himself / herself.

Archik undertakes to collect the consent of the registered users. Users are informed of the purposes for which their data is collected via online data collection forms.

For all communication campaigns (property search alerts, newsletters, events, contact, etc.), you may at any time revoke your consent to the sending of e-mails to the e-mail address indicated by clicking on the “Click on this link to unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail.
