Constructed with materials such as oak, glass and composites, it is laid out on two levels, opening onto the wooden terrace with its heated pool and pool house, then onto the garden, whose various areas are structured by terracotta briquettes. The entrance hall leads to the living room, which opens onto the exterior via large sliding doors, and to the kitchen, with its central Dekton island that invites conviviality. On the same level, a suite with its own shower room and dressing room, and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, take up the rest of the space. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom with shower room and dressing room opens onto the garden, while a laundry room and garage complete the space.
