Built partly on stilts in 2021, it is organized on two levels. Benefiting from an inverted plan, it is upstairs, and to be able to fully appreciate the view, that the living room is turned as well as the three bedrooms and their bathrooms. As an extension of the living room, a wooden terrace allows you to enjoy the open view and access the garden and the heated swimming pool below. The garden level has an entrance and a room of approximately 40 m² which can be used as an office, workshop or fourth bedroom and which opens onto the terrace which borders the swimming pool. Inside, natural materials such as linen, raffia and soft colors contribute to the tranquility that emanates from the place.
At the front of the house, three sheltered parking spaces and a garage as well as a pétanque court enhance the property. The coastal path a few steps away connects the different ports along the coast and allows you to enjoy an authentic Basin.
