Built on two levels, the house has an inverted plan giving pride of place to the living spaces, upstairs, making the most of natural light. The original old elements such as the parquet floors or the staircase combine harmoniously with the more contemporary elements and contribute to the charm of the whole.
The living space includes the kitchen followed by the living room extended by a beautiful wooden terrace and its heated swimming pool.
Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms complete this level. Going downstairs, three other bedrooms including a large dormitory as well as a bathroom and a shower room occupy the space.
The garden where local species predominate is embellished by a pétanque court which completes the whole. From the house, the beach is at the end of the street and the shops are all within walking distance.
