Architecture from the 1900s, this beautiful bourgeois building in the popular district of Vauban hosts on its 1st floor a crossing apartment of 113 m2 in shimmering colors worthy of a film by Pedro Almodovar.

Entirely restructured by the architect Claire-Hélène Drouin in 2013, the apartment is revealed thanks to its black and white striped graphic entrance, which sets the tone. The living room highlights the original elements: mouldings, rounding, original old doors, perfectly preserved floor tiles and high ceilings diffuse the undeniable charm of the place. Facing south, the views of the surrounding gardens give pride of place to calm and birdsong. In an alcove, the kitchen is discreetly set back. Its black and turquoise tones place it in a perfectly defined setting where the contemporary style blends perfectly with the old.
The northern space reserved for the bedrooms leads to a large master suite in which we find the turquoise of the living room on a clever headboard which gives a soft universe and conceals a bathroom dressed in polished concrete. An old fireplace adds splendor to the room. A second bedroom to the North, and a third in length on the South side complete the space. They share a graphic bathroom with influences straight out of the 80s, dressed in black and white, and extended by a laundry room.
A cellar of 25 m2 completes this unique property

Charm of the old for a joyful and luminous life.
