Early 20th century architecture, this building in the creative district of Cours Julien houses a 37 m2 apartment on its second floor without an elevator.

Entirely redesigned in 2021 by interior designer Lisa Perez, the apartment exudes a warm and contemporary atmosphere through the materials and elements chosen.
From the entrance, the living room bathed in southern light sets the tone with its exposed beams, its parquet floor, its sienna-colored wall from La Bonne Peinture, its niches and its decorative hanging lamps. On the floor, a set of three-colored Ceramica tiles from Carré Créatif gently transitions to the Howdens kitchen. Its central island, adorned with wood, allows for breakfast and faces the matte black furniture surrounded by a luminous brass credenza. In the extension, a loggia adds functionality to the property.
On the night side, the bedroom is treated as an en suite with a completely open bathroom, adorned with a superb gold leaf effect bathtub by Bernstein, the centerpiece of the room. The shower and the bathroom cabinet are made of linen-colored mineral concrete from La Bonne Peinture, in harmony with the walls of the room, while the black and gold faucets echo the color codes of the property. On the floor, the tricolored floor tiles mark the spaces, and continue into the open shower.

A shimmering landmark in the heart of the city's creative district.
