SKYLINE

Partially designed by the architect Cyril Duprey, it combines graphic elements with a certain minimalism, which gives it a unique identity. With its loft appearance, the interior impresses with its volumes, its high ceilings and its light crossing from East to West. The vast living room in off-white polished concrete, warmed by a metal stove, extends on either side onto the exotic wood terraces. Further on, the kitchen with graphic lines and dark tones awakens this refined space where the zenithal light invites itself, adding to the aesthetics of the whole. The night area houses two bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room. A corridor with optimized storage leads to the second bathroom. The volumes of the whole could allow to create a mezzanine there. A laundry room and a storage space complete the property, and a parking space in the basement can enhance the whole.
