19th century architecture, this incredibly charming 103 m2 building and its 25 m2 outbuilding designed as a small house open onto a garden with bucolic accents brightened up by a view of the sea, in the heart of the popular district of Roucas Blanc.

Entirely redesigned by an architect and modeled over time by its owners, this timeless space has managed to preserve its charm and unique soul. The place resonates like a refuge for refined dilettantism. The large metal frames, at the center of this bohemian writing, weave the link between the interior and exterior spaces and punctuate the facades of the house and the outbuilding, creating a communion with the green garden planted with laurel, albizia and a generous fig tree. The large Garapa wooden terrace delimited by small whitewashed low walls offers on several levels and different spaces, an oasis of freshness for hot summer days. . Inside, the house opens onto a through living room imprinted with materials with a strong character. The graphic tiles in Basque red tones, the steel of the structure, and the exposed wooden frame intertwine and form a singular unit. The kitchen extends around a Cassis stone sink and faces the dining area, continuing south through the living room. In the center, a beautiful wrought iron staircase leads upstairs to a first sleeping area. Under a beautiful high ceiling, the vast master bedroom is revealed, dressed in an oak parquet floor and a stormy blue wall by Sarah Lavoine for Ressource. It continues with a veranda that looks like an artist's studio with a view of the sea and Notre-Dame de la Garde. In transparency, the bathroom with its theatrical aesthetic mixes whitewashed walls and graphic tiles with antique furniture. A small child's bedroom completes this level. The staircase then continues to the second floor which offers a second child's bedroom, under the roof. Outside, the outbuilding acts as an extension with its small living room, its kitchen, its shower room and its sleeping area on the mezzanine, in an equally soft and warm atmosphere.
