Built in 2008 by the architect Jérôme Baudino, the house is built on four levels. Designed in a spirit of conviviality, it is organized around a vast terrace subtly fitted out by a landscaper with its swimming pool bordered by Ipé and its generous vegetation.
The house is revealed by a flight of steps dressed in graphic ironwork. On the ground floor, the entrance serves a first suite, with its large cupboards and its bathroom with sand-colored mosaics. It opens wide onto the terrace through large bay windows, intimately separated from the garden by a thin metal screen made by an artistic ironworker which marks its architecture and makes it unique. Further on, bordering the swimming pool, a summer kitchen surmounted by a pergola as well as an open-air summer lounge structure the space.
As you gain height, you discover the vast living space, occupying the entire first floor. It is organized around a central black insert, contrasting with the immaculate walls around. On one side, the living room, illuminated by interior designer Myriame Burnaz, who dressed it in custom-made furniture, continues with an 11 m² terrace, overlooking the swimming pool. On the other, the garnet red kitchen opens onto a dining area with benches and tables made to measure.
The staircase then leads to the children's floor where three large bedrooms with dressing rooms share a taupe gray bathroom, all enjoying a superb view of Notre-Dame de la Garde.
Under a beautiful high ceiling, the last level is dressed in light wooden beams and welcomes the vast master suite with its bathroom in gray tones and its dressing room, all opening onto a pretty terrace. An office area and a sports area with a panoramic view come as an extension.
A large garage, a laundry room and three cellars complete this exceptional property.
