Revisited 1970s architecture, this 120 m2 terraced house located in a quiet street in the La Cépière district, opens onto a charming plot of 387 m2, which hosts a chartreuse to renovate.

Entirely rehabilitated by its owners in 2019, the house combines seventies elements and contemporary inspiration.
On the garden level, a large entrance serves the day area consisting of a large living room opening onto the garden facing south-west. The waxed concrete in the living room, the terrazzo in the dining room and the kitchen make it possible to delimit the spaces while leaving them open. Nathalie Lété's Black Forest wallpaper rubs shoulders with powder pink walls and emphasizes the decorative bias of the good.
A staircase with a wrought iron railing then leads to the first floor where the sleeping area consists of four bedrooms. The first, a large master bedroom is adorned with black and white plant wallpaper that matches perfectly with the Caunes-Minervois marble floor. Adjoining, a child's bedroom whose furniture has been entirely custom-made is dressed in floral wallpaper and offers plenty of clever storage under the bed. Both share a long balcony. A powder room behind a sliding glass-roofed workshop door is harmoniously dressed in white subway tiles and cement tiles in shades of green. Two additional bedrooms on the garden side complete the sleeping area.
Outside, the configuration of the 170 m2 garden and its large trees give the place an intimate atmosphere. The Charterhouse in the background offers many possibilities for development. A small outdoor parking space completes this property.
