MOUCHARABIEH

Renovated in 2016 with the help of PAN Architecture, the house was raised one storey and now has three levels, dividing spaces in a natural way. Its constrained plan does not affect the fluidity of the spaces, intelligently thought out and invested.
The terracotta-tiled entrance leads to two south-facing children's bedrooms on the ground floor. They share, a few steps higher, a bathroom with a wooden worktop and walls adorned with metro tiles. The staircase then leads to the first floor where the open living space takes place. The kitchen faces the living room, whose aqua green accents from Vacquier harmoniously punctuate the room, in custom-made niches and cupboards. On the last level and against a background of moucharabieh, the parental suite with mosaic bathroom allows to benefit from an independent parental space. A covered terrace of 13 m² pleasant in all seasons completes this pretty picture, and a rental box completes the property.
