Completely redesigned in 2022, the house has been subtly renovated, recreating its original spirit. The mosaics that cover the floors are one of its strong points, which anchor it in a modernist spirit. Its spaces are both open and distinct allowing fluid circulation and ease of living. The entrance raises the ground floor from the street by a few travertine steps. This first level is structured around a central staircase dressed in flamboyant green, which we find as a common thread. All around, the living rooms are spread out. First the long kitchen with its dining area. Its cooktop and brick fireplace blend harmoniously with the black granite worktop. At the same time, the dining room is adorned with a tailor-made library with Corbusian codes. Both spaces open directly onto the living room, itself largely open onto the garden via a three-leaf bay window. The exterior is lined with vegetation and offers a view of the sublime half-curved facade. Upstairs, the generous master suite covered with a light loop carpet opens entirely onto a bathroom with celadon green mosaics. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom also covered in mosaics, always with a touch of green as a reminder. On the third level, two bedrooms benefit from beautiful openings onto an immaculate terrace on the garden side. Two other rooms that can be joined together serve as an office. They all share a bathroom. Finally, a final staircase leads to the attic space, which has been converted and lit by two roof windows. With its original bricks, its wooden frame and its wide-slatted parquet flooring, the room has a loft feel. A basement of 87 m² with laundry room and cellar completes the services of this house.
