Renovated in 2014 by its art-loving owner, the original volumes have been preserved and daringly balanced by the delicate choice of Contemporary elements that have found their place there perfectly. Punctuated with designer rooms, the living room opens through large Schà¼co windows onto an 18 m² wooden terrace plunging into the sea and the surrounding vegetation, while the white resin on the ground highlights the perspectives crossing from East to West. Separate and open onto a balcony, the kitchen plays on contrasts by alternating radical lines and rounded curves. Its Corian worktop and wooden furniture face a stucco wall stained in the mass with surprising undulations.
