ILIADE

The result of the collaboration between the TOGU architectural firm, Alain Donate and the owner of the premises, the house stands on three intertwined levels placed on top of each other harmoniously, where beige concrete formwork and stones remain the foundation materials of the horizontal lines. Vertically, the double-height glazed sections and glass railings lighten the structure. The glass-clad entrance bathed in sunlight leads to the 80 m² living room, clad in heated solid parquet flooring, with its fireplace on a Zimbabwe granite base. The fully glazed room, alternating between fixed panels and aluminum sliding openings, literally plunges into the sea. Opposite, the immaculate kitchen with Corian worktop is warmed by wooden storage units and faces the dining area. These rooms are extended by terraces, one opening on the kitchen side onto a dining area overlooking the pine forest and the other onto a magnificent panorama facing the sea. On the upper level, three bedrooms occupy the space: one, as if suspended with its glass walls, benefits from a terrace and a patio planted with cacti, the other two are adorned with dressing rooms and each have an office. They share a large bathroom. On the garden level, the floor is dedicated to two suites, each comprising an office space, a bathroom and a dressing room. Access to the garden is from this level. The beautiful L-shaped heated swimming pool is bordered by terraces, with the Mediterranean as its horizon. A garage and six outdoor parking spaces complete this property.
