HORIZON

Facing the sea Mediterranée, the apartment renovated in 2020 by architect Jérémy Chailloux lives to the rhythm of the waves and the changing colors of the sky. The open volumes offer a logical and optimized plan while benefiting from a through light thanks to its East / West orientation. The starter leads directly to the large living room, whose horizontal Schà¼cho windows frame the breathtaking panorama of the Planier lighthouse and turtle island. On the floor, a Carrara marble leads us to the old loggia, now open to the living room, which has become a place for meditative interludes facing the big blue. The original raw concrete pillars revealed by the architect punctuate the space to the lengthwise American kitchen. This fully equipped and dressed in a full height credenza in smoked aged glass, blends in fully with the decoration. The beautiful custom-made stone table accompanied by overhead stools creates a dominant dining area. This contemporary and bright apartment is sometimes adorned with antique furniture and sometimes with designer pieces. Further on, the night area offers a first bedroom facing East, benefiting from a vintage-style shower room modernized with pink tones and a concrete floor. . West side, with an integrated shower room and cleverly camouflaged walk-in closets, the master bedroom with its panoramic windows overlooking the sea proudly takes on the air of vacation.
