Entirely renovated in 2008, the apartment has been revisited respecting the original codes, and preserving its historical elements such as its terrazzo floor, its tiles typical of the 50s, or its natural terracotta. The place inspires the art of living with its large open spaces inviting the outside inside thanks to large windows revealing incredible paintings. The living room with three large windows gives access to the loggia, a real ocean liner that juts out over the sea. A spectacular panorama is then discovered, with on one side a bird's eye view of the sea and the Mucem, and on the other, of the Old Port and Notre-Dame de la Garde.
