Architecture of the 50s completely revisited in a contemporary way, this house of 103 m2 stands on a plot of 232 m2 and benefits from a beautiful terrace and a garden with swimming pool, located e in the heart of the highly prized district of Bompard, under the gaze of Notre-Dame de la Garde.

Renovated by architect Julien Fanja in 2018, the immaculate house rises on two levels with openings offering a set of graphic perspectives. The exterior invites itself inside in a contemporary atmosphere and style. The light-flooded garden is shaded by a eucalyptus tree and hosts a natural stone swimming pool. As soon as you enter, a wooden fencing gives a glimpse of the living spaces which are logically organized and dressed in oak parquet. The custom-made kitchen is tinted with a matt black softened by a credenza and a solid oak worktop. It is extended by a central island, a link between the different spaces. The lounge area opens onto a terrace which extends the living room, thanks to large bay windows in solid-tinted aluminum. A first sleeping area comes in succession, made up of two bedrooms opening onto the terrace, as well as a bathroom with black and white floors and underground tiles on the walls. A brushed steel staircase leads to the first floor where a master suite unfolds which benefits from a second independent terrace with a glass railing, and a bathroom in sand-colored waxed concrete, enhanced by a set of black glass windows. A fourth bedroom completes this level. Possibility of parking for rent.
