Renovated by architect Julien Fanja in 2018, the immaculate house rises on two levels with openings offering a set of graphic perspectives. The exterior invites itself inside in a contemporary atmosphere and style. The light-flooded garden is shaded by a eucalyptus tree and hosts a natural stone swimming pool. As soon as you enter, a wooden fencing gives a glimpse of the living spaces which are logically organized and dressed in oak parquet. The custom-made kitchen is tinted with a matt black softened by a credenza and a solid oak worktop. It is extended by a central island, a link between the different spaces.
