Borély

On the banks of the Huveaune, between the avenue du Prado lined with old private mansions, the seafront and the Borély park, hides this very popular little triangle.

The Borély neighborhood is ideally located: its immediate access to the corniche allows residents to quickly reach the Old Port, the Avenue du Prado opens up towards Toulon via the A50 motorway, and the Parc des Calanques is close by by the sea.

Along Avenue Pierre Mendès France, the six beaches of the Prado stretch out, allowing residents to make the most of the sea air and the many sports activities on offer. With its Venice Beach look, the Escale Borély is home to the famous Bowl of Marseille, which hosts international skateboard, rollerblade and BMX competitions every year. Kayakers can enjoy the nautical base of the Huveaune. Not to mention the racecourse and the golf course nestled in its center.

The Borély park offers a bucolic destination ideal for picnics, children’s games or simply to stroll along the wide alleys. It is also an opportunity to visit the Museum of Decorative Arts, Earthenware and Fashion within the superb 18th century castle in neo-classical style.

Borély is a privileged residential area, with unparalleled calm, which mixes luxury buildings and luxurious properties with swimming pools.
