The entrance to the villa is on the middle level, through a majestic arched front door opening onto an opus incertum porch. Right from the entrance, the view captivates the eye, taking it all the way to the tip of Cap Ferret opposite. The open-plan living area is composed of several spaces, with four large picture windows framing the landscape. Behind an entrance cabinet is the emerald-green kitchen, which opens onto a convivial dining area. A large living room with an open stone fireplace can be adapted to any configuration, and a small TV room nestled behind the fireplace is concealed behind a large sliding door.
