LA CANOPÉE

Designed by the AAB ARCHITECTURE firm, the wooden frame house with its roof overhangs features contemporary architecture typical of the Basin. Designed on three levels and on a sloping plot, the house allows two entrances: one on the garden level and one on the top floor.
The sleeping area is mainly on the first level with four bedrooms (five beds) clad in wood and light colors which share two bathrooms.
On the last floor, the living room takes place at a nice height and its exposed framework. Spacious and largely glazed by pocket windows which accentuate the inside/outside effect, the room extends outside on one side by a large balcony with a clear view, and on the other onto the large terrace with its swimming pool. secure and heated (in season). A bedroom with its bathroom completes this level.

Absolute calm ten minutes by bike from the beach and shops.
