Built by architect Charles Siclis for Baron de Rothschild, the building served as stables and accommodation for the staff of the neighboring seafront villa. It was then divided into several apartments, including this one, which was completely redesigned in 2023 by BLANC ROUGE ARCHITECTURE. Right from the entrance, raw materials such as wood, waxed concrete and metal blend harmoniously.
The central living room opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen, rounded off by its position in the tower. The night space includes two bedrooms, each with its own shower room, and a laundry area. The south-facing terracotta terrace features an outdoor shower.
Two parking spaces complete the ensemble.
Sleeps 4.
