Just completed, the villa was designed by interior architect Alexa Funès of Atelier Germain. From the moment you enter, the views of the Bay set the tone. What follows is a series of surprises, both in terms of the layout and the choice of materials, textures, and colors. Most of the furniture was custom-made to give the space its unique character. The living room and its open-plan kitchen open onto both the Bay and the terrace with its 4 x 8 m (15 x 30 ft) heated pool with a movable floor and a summer kitchen, providing a more intimate space. The seven bedrooms and the dormitory, each with its own shower room and bathroom, spread over three levels, create a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. Three upstairs suites open onto a large terrace with a Nordic spa, overlooking the garden and offering panoramic ocean views. Also configured for hosting seminars, the house is equipped with suitable facilities and designed for a perfect balance between private and shared spaces. The basement is largely dedicated to leisure, with a games room and professional bar, a cinema room, and a gym with a sauna and hammam. It offers all the necessary comforts for a successful stay with friends or family. Outside, the garden, partially covered terraces, and direct beach access provide a connection to the Arcachon Basin and the ocean.
