Built in traditional wooden architecture, this 320 m2 house with two outbuildings stands on 1,000 m2 of land on the front line of Cap Ferret and offers panoramic views of the Bay and the Dune du Pilat.

Built in the 1970s and extended in 2000 by the Compagnons du Devoir, this house, reminiscent of an oyster hut, has a family-friendly layout thanks to its interconnected living rooms and independent bungalows.

On the ground floor, the kitchen and dining room extend into a large living room with a fireplace, opening onto a dining terrace with spectacular views of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Two bedrooms with a shared bathroom complete this level. Upstairs, a master suite with a private bathroom enjoys sea views and direct access to the terrace.
The outbuildings, which are true family suites facing the sea, guarantee privacy for everyone. Outside, large terraces invite you to relax and contemplate, while the lush garden slopes gently down to a private pontoon with direct access to the beach.
Sleeps 12 people.
Available for seasonal rental in July and August.
A characterful house that embodies the authentic Cap Ferret lifestyle.
