MIRROR KIHCRA N°2

Halfway between a tray and a mirror, KICHRA is a sober, refined piece designed by Charlotte Julliard for ARCHIK. Its soft, feminine contours now come in two new colors: bronze and lagoon green.

After graduating from the Camondo school in 2011, Charlotte Julliard joined Fabrica under the direction of Sam Baron, where she developed numerous projects with local artisans.

Following this residency, she set up her own studio combining object design and scenography. She currently works for clients such as Molteni and Ligne Roset. Her creative approach seeks to highlight the importance of manual work, the craftsman’s gestures and raw materials.

His latest collection, entitled Lavastone and presented at Maison ARCHIK, highlights lava stone from quarries in the Naples region. The desire to use this little-known material was the starting point for a project characterized by sober lines and a pure design that fully expresses the potential of the material itself.
