Following on from the Graphic Landscapes exhibition, Charlotte Juillard and ARCHIK have created an exclusive piece: a mirror-tray, impeccably sober, yet very feminine in its sensibility.
THE DESIGNER
Charlotte Juillard
After graduating from the Camondo school in 2011, Charlotte Julliard joined Fabrica under the direction of Sam Baron, where she developed numerous projects with local artisans.
Following this residency, she set up her own studio combining object design and scenography. She currently works for clients such as Molteni and Ligne Roset. Her creative approach seeks to highlight the importance of manual work, the craftsman’s gestures and raw materials.
His latest collection, entitled Lavastone and presented at Maison ARCHIK, highlights lava stone from quarries in the Naples region. The desire to use this little-known material was the starting point for a project characterized by sober lines and a pure design that fully expresses the potential of the material itself.
