To be renovated, the original house has kept all its strong and characteristic elements of the Roaring Twenties: cement tiles with Art Deco motifs, 1930s moldings, ironwork and window frames give a quaint vibe. The house is discovered thanks to a beautiful variegated entrance of superb cement tiles. The original staircase leads straight to the first floor, where a hall all in wood paneling welcomes the visitor and provides access to all the rooms.
