To be renovated, the original house has kept all its strong and characteristic elements of the Roaring Twenties: cement tiles with Art Deco motifs, 1930s moldings, ironwork and window frames give a quaint vibe. The house is discovered thanks to a beautiful variegated entrance of superb cement tiles. The original staircase leads straight to the first floor, where a hall all in wood paneling welcomes the visitor and provides access to all the rooms. On the street side and facing west, a living room and two bedrooms each with an old motif on the floor delimiting the spaces and uses are adorned with red marble fireplaces. On the east side, the large old-style kitchen opens directly onto a 45 m2 terrace with the sea in the distance. Two other bedrooms and a bathroom with its Art Deco sink complete this level. On the ground floor, a space of 170 m2 with large workshop-style windows leaves room for any reinterpretation. The volumes benefit from a high ceiling allowing various possibilities of renovation.

An envelope steeped in historical elements, ready to accommodate a creative and daring project.
