Designed by the firm JoBe Architecture, the rehabilitation project was imagined as an invitation to travel. Designed on one level, it brings a contemporary bias while relying on the existing envelope. Like a pleasure boat, its architecture displays vast terraces whose undulations are reminiscent of waves, and from which the view lets you escape towards new horizons. The unified chalk white facade is punctuated by a daring visual thanks to its openings to the charcoal aluminum joinery and the exterior, punctuating its architecture. To revisit according to your wishes, its irreproachable services and its western orientation, ideal for sunsets over the sea, make it an apartment where life is good. Thus, the project offers an entrance hall with dressing room, opening onto a semi-separate kitchen. In continuity, the living room and dining room open onto the ipé terrace, with a steel railing, the whole plunging into the sea view. Night side, two bedrooms take place, one of which has access to the terrace. They share a dressing room as well as a bathroom, adorned with a walk-in shower and a double sink unit. The property harmoniously combines the practicality and elegance of minimalist architecture with the multitude of layout possibilities.
