A 1970s-era building in the vibrant Laumière district, this 4th-floor, elevator-accessible building features a 48 m2 apartment redesigned in 2021 by architect Louis Eisenlohr in a radical and poetic spirit, where raw materials and custom details interact with the light.

From the entrance, the renovation asserts its biases: exposed raw concrete walls, light oak flooring, and integrated furniture to create clean lines. The southwest-facing living room opens through a glass wall onto a 6 m2 triangular balcony, offering an urban perspective and exceptional brightness thanks to an unobstructed view of a street punctuated by schools. The open kitchen, designed as a sculptural travertine block that conceals its function, takes center stage with a central island that forms the dining area. Its assumed minimalism contrasts with a concrete bench running along the wall, punctuated by functional niches and graphic elements. The living area is enhanced by a Murphy bed that allows for occasional sleeping. A small corridor with storage and dressing room leads to the sleeping area, which is revealed behind terracotta-colored partitions, also opening onto the balcony. Adjoining, the bathroom is dressed in light gray tiles and ivory polished concrete, ensuring continuity of the spaces. This chromatic play contrasts with the mineral neutrality of the living room and infuses a warm note to the whole. A cellar and an indoor parking space complete this property.

A contemporary setting that celebrates the 70s between the Buttes Chaumont and the Canal de l'Ourcq.
