Accessible from the living room, a master bedroom opens onto the ideally exposed swimming pool and the terrace with the same polished concrete floor that erases the boundaries between interior and exterior. Before going upstairs, a bedroom with its shower room and view of the swimming pool, a cloakroom and a storeroom complete the garden level. The concrete staircase with oak steps leads to a beautiful lounge area under the eaves which distributes three additional suites all with their bathrooms coated in waxed concrete, two of which have office spaces and direct access to a passageway serving a covered terrace converted into an outdoor lounge, with a panoramic view of the historic villas of the district and a glimpse of the Bassin.
