Freshly renovated by an architect, the choice was to combine bleached oak, aluminum frames, exposed stones, small tiles and light tones, for a modern and trendy look. Facing South / East, sheltered from noise, and on one level, the property is built around a game of transparency created by the large three-leaf windows that surround the open-air exterior, letting the light shine through. Its masonry bench and its volume suggest beautiful receptions, while naturally extending the living space. Inside, the large room combines living room, dining room and open kitchen under the preserved high ceilings and the original arches of the Marseille building. The parental suite, on the second day, benefits from a bathroom with a pretty walk-in shower. Its canopy plays the effect of depth and enlarges the spaces. On the other side of the glass block, the two children's bedrooms enjoying the view to the outside share a connecting bathroom.
