To renovate, the apartment offers a beautiful backdrop: original parquet flooring, generous volumes and open-air arch frames, all elements ready to be enhanced. Currently divided into two dwellings, the plateau is divided into a studio and a T2, both benefiting from a pretty long balcony with restored ironwork as well as a panoramic view from the Reformed Church to the Old Port. On the other side, the crossing T2 benefits from the same light and offers a kitchen in the living room, a bedroom with its dressing area and a bathroom.
