Under a height of 2.80 meters, the living room extends over 100 m2 and doubles its terrace area: exterior and interior merge thanks to the full-height bay window walls and the identical floor in natural Périgord stone. These terraces are protected by a spectacular cantilevered cap and overlook the infinity pool and then the sea. A glass gallery closes the patio, which showcases a metal sculpture by Pierre Matter created especially for the place. This connection leads to the 65 m2 master suite, opening onto a linear of bay windows over 6 meters long, like a panoramic view of the Atlantic. A second suite and a library lounge complete this level. A closed passageway distributes the five suites on the upper level, whose blond oak parquet flooring unifies and warms the spaces. A workshop office overlooking the patio on one side and the tops of the holm oaks on the other is a source of inspiration. All the technical services reinforce the prestige of the house: kitchen office with cold room, vast air-conditioned cellar, high-end home automation, etc. The subtly landscaped park protects from vis-à-vis and provides access through a hidden gate to the customs path which leads to the nearby coves and beaches.
