Designed and built in 1996 by an architect, it was imagined as an invitation to travel. Like a pleasure boat, the architecture displays a unique facade whose undulation recalls the waves, and lets you escape to new horizons. Slate floors, aluminum carpentry, Ressource paints and marble powder punctuate its interior.
Past a double-height hall, the ground floor serves the through living room, wide open onto an east-facing patio and onto the large exterior bathed in sunlight on the west side thanks to large two-leaf openings. Then comes the dining room dressed in green, and further on the kitchen with a view of the garden, all with sober furniture in gray tones, and reminder undulations. Chestnut, cypress, camphor, plane, Italian jasmine and olive trees flood the exterior. A large laundry room and a dressing room complete this level.
At the back, the wide staircase leads upstairs. Here, two children's bedrooms share a bathroom. Further on, an office, a large dressing room and a 17 m2 bedroom, a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower open onto a terrace on the garden side.
An outdoor square, an outdoor workshop, an outbuilding and a large basement complete this picture. A closed garage can be acquired at an additional cost.
