Completely renovated by the architectural firm Jeudi Studio, it results from the harmonious union of two old buildings, carefully redesigned to optimize volumes, circulation and light.
Facing west, overlooking the Col des Trois Termes pass, the double-height living room is organized around an imposing original stone fireplace, the true heart of the house. Noble and timeless materials underscore the elegance of the space: travertine flooring, lime-washed walls, and custom-made steel window and door frames.
A mezzanine overlooks the reception area, adding extra volume to the living space. Below it lies the warm and inviting dining room. The L-shaped, stainless steel kitchen, with its yellow tones, combines contemporary aesthetics with functionality. Glass blocks punctuate the space, allowing light to flow through while creating unique perspectives.
All the living areas open onto a first terrace of 27 m2 , a true outdoor extension of the house.
Intimate and secluded from the rest of the house, the master suite is accessed from the mezzanine. Spanning nearly 40 square meters, it impresses with its generous proportions and fluid layout, designed as a natural flow between the different spaces. It includes a dressing room, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a private 11-square-meter terrace facing west, offering unobstructed views of the Luberon landscape.
