Completely renovated, the apartment feels like a small house thanks to its independent access. From the entrance, the tone is set: in the foreground, the kitchen with its Corian worktop and its tiled splashback by Hermès faces a line of mirrored cupboards which deepens the space and ends in the living room with a mahogany furniture. In the living room facing west, the double height is highlighted by the original beams and the majestic full-height windows. The original stone wall and ceiling beams respond perfectly to the designer furniture, the ethanol fireplace and the contemporary fittings. On the ground, stone also softens everything. The volume of the bedroom, more intimate, takes place upstairs, facing east and entirely quiet overlooking the courtyard. The space, well thought out, is optimized by a tailor-made dressing room.
