Completely revisited over time, the apartment benefits from a respectful renovation which enhances its original materials, punctuated with more contemporary elements. The large horizontal wooden openings, characteristic of this architecture, bathe the apartment in all share a superb light, giving it a soft atmosphere. As for the floor, a beautiful solid blond oak parquet floor in herringbone pattern harmonizes the volumes. Past an entrance with a frank and daring treatment, opens the living room facing south, enjoying a clear view of the wooded garden of the condominium and the rocky hill of the neighborhood. A clever mix of antique objects, the decoration perfects the style of the apartment in a retro atmosphere. To the east, and hidden behind a clever set of wooden screens, the kitchen in natural tones is elegant and refined. Continuing on, the loggia accommodates a laundry area. On the night side, there are two bedrooms, also punctuated by the horizontal bays: a first bedroom decorated with pretty nature wallpaper by Ninon, and a second with a vintage atmosphere. They share a simple and elegant bathroom.
